Defence against Spam / Junk email

One of the problems of running an web site is the amount of SPAM that is received. This is as a result of web crawlers, or similar, picking up the email addresses from the site. In order to mitigate the problem we have  removed all direct links to the email address. We're forced to ask that, in order to contact us, you form the email address by putting together:

"info"  an  "at each" sign,  "eyesonme." and "org.uk"

(include full stops but omit quotation marks)

Please start your subject with the word .

If you don't do this, we're sorry but your email will be deleted, not downloaded.

Although you can look at the above intelligently and work out the email address, automatic email address scanner programs will not find an email address.

To reach committee members direct simply substitute "MD", "Chair" etc. for "info"  as follows:

*Substitutions:

Musical Director, Stephen Shellard - "MD"

Chairman, Kevern Oliver - "Chair"

Secretary, Imogen Hopkins - "Secretary"

Librarian, Judith Aldridge - "Library"

Membership Secretary, Carol West - "Memsec"

Treasurer, Stella Tipper - "Treasurer"

Publicity Officer  Eleanor Tingle - "Publicity"

Ticket Secretary, Carole Oliver - "Tickets"

Webmaster, Andrew Russell - "info" (also for general observations or business)
